Objetivaquimera, Lda., Portuguese company tax number (NIPC) 519131444, is a tied credit intermediary registered with Banco de Portugal under no. 0008528, operating without exclusivity.

Its activity is supervised by Banco de Portugal. It does not grant credit and is not authorised to provide advisory services.

Objetivaquimera is authorised to provide the following credit intermediation services in relation to housing loans:

• Presenting or offering credit agreements to consumers;
• Assisting consumers by undertaking preparatory work or other pre-contractual administration in relation to credit agreements that it has not itself presented or offered.

Objetivaquimera has tied credit intermediation agreements with the following lenders:

Caixa Geral de Depósitos, S.A.;

Union de Créditos Inmobiliários, S.A., Establecimiento Financiero de Crédito (Sociedad Unipersonal) — Sucursal em Portugal;

Bankinter, S.A. — Sucursal em Portugal;

Banco BPI, S.A.

We operate without exclusivity.

Professional liability arising from housing credit intermediation is covered by Companhia de Seguros Allianz Portugal, S.A., under policy no. 208038217, valid from 5 January 2026 to 4 January 2027.

Objetivaquimera is prohibited from receiving or transferring any funds relating to the conclusion, performance or early repayment of credit agreements, pursuant to Article 46 of Portuguese Decree-Law No. 81-C/2017 of 7 July.

Objetivaquimera’s credit intermediation services are provided at no cost to the consumer. The company may receive commissions from the banks with which it has tied credit intermediation agreements.

This applies to our intermediation service. The loan may involve interest, fees, insurance, taxes and other charges, as specified in the documentation provided by the bank.

Objetivaquimera is a member of CIMAAL — Centro de Informação, Mediação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo do Algarve, accepting its jurisdiction and arbitration as a means of resolving consumer disputes.

An application for membership has also been submitted to CNIACC — Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo. Confirmation of its completion is pending.
